FAQ
Do I need to buy music books?
No — we provide music books on loan. Please bring your book to every lesson. If a book is lost or damaged, a replacement fee applies. Books are returned when your child moves to a new level or ceases tuition.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive on time — not early. Lessons run to a tight schedule so early arrivals can disrupt the class before yours.
Can I watch my child’s lesson?
Parents are welcome to watch, though we find students tend to focus better without parents in the room. You’re welcome to wait outside. Please note that parents must bring their child into the room at the start of the lesson and collect from inside the room at the end — no car park drop-offs or pickups.
Are individual lessons available?
Individual lessons are only available for very advanced students. Please enquire directly. A parent must remain in the room during individual lessons.
What happens if my child misses a lesson?
We don’t offer make-up lessons or credits for student absences. However, you’re welcome to join another class during the same 8-week term to catch up on any missed lesson.
How many lessons are in a term?
Each term runs for 8 weeks.
